You may first look to the back of the chain, expecting to find a clasp, but you'd be misdirected. Instead, in its place, you'll find a small pendant that rests on the back of the neck, adding an extra hidden detail if exposed. Maybe then you'll study the hand-fabricated chain, noticing its unique textures and patinas, but still no clasp to be found. You may suspect a hidden clip or hook on the back of the pendant, but you'll only find a clean finish and the Zed|Eh Designs logo.
The puzzle of this piece is only solved with the pendant itself – it is the clasp! When assembled, the pendant is solid and seamless. Yet with gentle manipulation, it separates into two distinct halves to reveal the mystery. To close, the two pieces securely interlock and slide together under tension to form the complete pendant.
